Writes a BTLx File from a Compas Timber Model.

Inputs:

• Model : the Compas Timber Model.
• Path : a File Path where to save the BTLx File.
• Write : Writes the File if the Input is True.

Outputs:

• BTLx : the BTLx Content as xml text.
